Following a lease expiry in their existing building, Production Resource Group UK (PRG) relocated to a new workspace within a more modernised building in Covent Garden to set up their central London headquarters.
PRG wanted their new workplace to demonstrate their global success and business expansion. Their London HQ needed to provide exceptional client-facing facilities, a flexible working environment for their staff, as well as reflect their brand.
Needing to achieve headcount whilst not wanting to commit to a 1:1 desk-to-person ratio, PRG’s new workplace environment provides a combination of agile working platforms, fixed-desk workstations and sophisticated client-facing facilities. Front-of-house facilities include a reception which has been designed with a soft seating area, a part-open project pod and an acoustically-sound meeting room.
Facilitating transient working, the open-plan setting provides collaborative breakout space as well as the required fixed-desk workstations. The workspace has been completed with a high-end ergonomic furniture solution.
Working within the architectural elements of the building, the workspace has been fitted-out with natural timber flooring, white walls, and full sash windows, to create a high-end, contemporary finish.
Incorporating the PRG brand into the design concept was a key requirement of the brief. Reflecting their brand and identity, the minimalist yet cutting-edge workplace design implements subtle branding application across the space. A neutral colour scheme has consistently been applied, with red and black detailing introduced to bring their workspace to life.
