MOO Print Limited had out grown their Stratford depot, and were looking to relocate to a larger space and implement new ways of working in line with their growth plan. With their lease expiry fast approaching, they searched for a fit-out partner that was adaptable and agile with a proven history of speed of delivery.
Holding weekly client meetings to workshop the design as it was being built, meant Area could respond quickly and efficiently to design updates on the live project. This approach of working whilst simultaneously tweaking the design, ensured that the client's tight deadline was met and their operational needs fulfilled without disruption to their business. This was all controlled against a very strict budget, and as a result the Area team prioritised design and value options.
Due to extremely tight deadlines, Area commenced works on site very early on. This enabled swift responses to design changes as the project progressed. Area worked closely with the clients technical operations team in America, and provided a significant services install from Cat A stage for their new production facility before commencing to the Cat B.
