Arvato, a business process outsourcing partner to both the public and private sectors, needed to expand its UK headquarters after securing a five-year contract to deliver multichannel customer services for a new partner. Area’s dedicated Client Support team have completed several other fit-out projects for Arvato over the past three years, for the partner’s brands, and were therefore tasked with designing the new workspace. This needed to include staff facilities, support collaboration and enhance communication.
After undertaking a diligent process to understand the specific needs of Arvato and their client, we developed a new workspace comprising of 210 workstations, a training facility, a comms room and several meeting areas. A new tea point and breakout area, which contains a state-of-theart video wall showcasing their latest sales and marketing collateral to their clients were installed to encourage collaboration.
Wanting to make the space their own, the new clients branding was a key feature, with an extensive graphics package utilised throughout. As part of the process, we worked closely with the business’ marketing team to ensure the images and graphics used were reflective of the existing branding and culture.
